One more thing settled! We have placed our order for 100 mini cupcakes from Whips Cupcakes, to be served during the cocktail reception. Besides the mini cupcakes, we are also looking at other sweet treats such as some old school biscuits etc. In fact, we have already bought some glass containers from IKEA for this little sweet treats corner hah.
Whips cupcakes for the cocktail reception
Whips Cupcakes is located at ICON at Tanjong Pagar. Although they do delivery, it is chargeable at $30 per location within 5km of ICON. Hence, we decided to self-collect on our way to the hotel. Pricing is pretty reasonable, at $20 for 25 mini cupcakes. Hope the guests will enjoy the little sweet treats we have specially prepared!

Hi, I saw that you managed to order cupcakes for the recep. I also signed with Swissotel and they told me it was not allowed, unless i signed an indemnity form and then all the food for that day will not be insured. Would like to check what was the procedure for you? Did you agree to sign the form?

Hello Stephanie, yep we did sign the indemnity form as well to bring in our cupcakes 🙂
